Coach Training for Clergy and Laity
CAST is a series of trainings developed specifically to teach the “coach approach” in ministry to leaders, pastors and lay persons. The training prepares participants for certification in the field of coaching. Using the accompanying 50-page manuals participants learn the basic skills of coaching, advanced skills of coaching and group and team coaching skills. Participants come away with the ability to lead with a “coach approach” in their context for ministry and to effectively do “peer coaching”. This training is highly participatory with heavy emphasis on the integration and practice of each skill.
