Coach Approach Skills Training (CAST) is a series of trainings developed specifically to teach the “coach approach” in ministry to denominational leaders, pastors and lay persons. The training prepares participants for certification in the field of coaching. Participants learn the basic skills of coaching (CAST 1), advanced skills of coaching (CAST 2), and group coaching skills (CAST 3). CAST 4 “Synergy” is the final segment of the training. This training is highly participatory with heavy emphasis on the integration and practice of each skill.
“Synergy” includes eight sessions of virtual instruction via Maestro Conference led live by CAST instructors, and some additional homework between sessions.This program will provide 15 hours of International Coach Federation Approved Coach Specific Training.
Should you need to miss a call, they are recorded. You may miss up to two sessions, listen to the recordings and still be able to qualify for the completion certificate.

COST: $500 per participant
Participants will be awarded 15 ICF approved training hours that they can apply toward ICF certification. If they choose to become ICF certified, they will also need Mentor Coaching and final ICF exam (additional costs apply).
