“The times in my life when I have felt the greatest satisfaction have been when I have been leading an individual or a group toward a desired goal. I love to see transformation take effect and I love to play a role in that transformation. I am convinced that coaching is the most powerful tool to facilitate meaningful change for leaders in any setting.”
Annabel Lusardi has been involved in both staff and volunteer leadership positions at Fallston United Methodist Church in Fallston, Maryland for almost 20 years. After being introduced to the coaching model for leadership, and seeing its effectiveness in action, she completed the CAST training in October 2015. She takes satisfaction in using coaching to empower both individuals and groups to set and achieve meaningful goals.
Throughout her career, Annabel has worked in a variety of settings, with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, from large corporations to small family-run businesses. In addition to her involvement in church affairs she has held leadership roles in a variety of community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Harford County schools PTAs, Mothers & More (parenting support group), the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program, and many more.
Annabel grew up in England and has lived in the US for more than 26 years. She is married to Tom and they live in Maryland with their three children (two in college, one in high school), two cats and one very special dog.
